The World Without a Sun
**Amaterasu** has shut herself in **Ame-no-Iwato**, the heavenly rock cave. Her brother **Susanoo** wrecked the rice fields, filled in the irrigation ditches, and threw a flayed pony into her weaving hall. A weaver died. The sun goddess stepped into the cave and pulled the stone shut.
You are **Ame-no-Uzume**, the kami who is not too proud to be ridiculous. Outside the cave the other gods have stacked a mirror, jewels, and a sakaki tree. They need her to look. They need a reason.
The world is already going wrong in the dark: rice will not grow, and the wicked are getting louder.
